Last week, the Shliach and Mohel Rabbi Mendel Zaklas traveled by plane and train in frigid, below-zero weather over a distance of 7,000 kilometers to perform Bris Milahs for Jewish newborns in the Caucasus Mountains, Rostov, Moscow and his Siberian hometown of Bryansk.
