A woman was killed when a mini-school bus jumped the curb and pinned the woman against a building in Brooklyn. Five others were injured in the accident, which involved the school bus and two other vehicles. The accident occurred right across the street from the Ocean Ave.
At approximately 9:45pm Motzei Shabbos, at the intersection of Union & Brooklyn, an elderly man walked into traffic while the light was in favor of the cars. By doing so, a car had to swerve violently to avoid him, and ended up piling into another car and actually going under it.
At approximately 9:20pm, Motzei shabbos, a van driven by a jewish family was driving down Albany when another chinese person in his car ran a red light on Union St.
